Which lube for fisting is the best?

4 Min. Lesezeit

If you have special requirements, you are often better off mixing your own lube for fisting. Here are the simplest recipes. The search for the perfect personal lubricant can be a real odyssey. One gets dry too quickly, the other doesn’t glide enough. The third drips too much and the fourth causes an allergic reaction. What’s more, it’s expensive fun if you want to try them all. Only to realise in the end that none of them are really perfect. We’ve already talked about the properties of the various commercial personal lubricants in the section on aids. And you’ve probably already noticed while reading that ready-made products have certain properties, but not others. As wonderful as lubricant may adhere, it unfortunately does not glide as well as water-soluble lubricants, for example.

The perfect lube for fisting!

But the better the gliding properties of a lubricant, the less likely it is to stay where you want it. Ending up in bed, on the sofa or on your desk instead. And God forbid you get silicone lubricants on PVC or parquet – that can break your neck weeks later). Just mix it? Well, if only it were that simple. If you put a water-based lubricant on grease, it won’t mix. If you put grease on a silicone-based lubricant, it will bead up. To mix grease with water, you need an emulsifier:

The right lubricant will make fisting easier.

Water in oil: cream

Mix the bisque at room temperature with about 5 % vegetableoil in a blender to make the bisque smoother. We advise you to use an odourless oil, e.g. from sunflower. Olive oil is said to be good for the skin, but nobody says anything about how unpleasant it smells on the skin. In a second saucepan, mix J-Lube powder with hot water to make a thick gel, so thick that it doesn’t even pull any more hair. Bring a litre of water to the boil and slowly add five tablespoons of powder one after the other, whisking constantly (with a hand mixer). To combine the fat with the polymer to make a usable cream, you need an emulsifier.

For example, Bepanthen (freely available in every pharmacy) is suitable for this. This ointment also has skin-soothing properties. Alternatively, you can use thermal oils, but never ones with a high content of terpenes, because they irritate the skin and open the pores (which increases the risk of transmitting pathogens). Tried and tested are lavender, cedar and rose geranium. Although their smell is a bit offensive, they have antimicrobial properties, i.e. they kill pathogens to a small extent, but this cannot be regarded as effective protection against HIV or hepatitis C. This antimicrobial effect increases the risk of transmitting pathogens. This antimicrobial effect is an advantage, because one should not forget that fisting puts a lot of stuff into the intestine that does not really belong there, and none of it is sterile.

Shelf life of fat-based lube for fisting

Drizzle emulsifier (Bepanthen or etheric oil) into the centre of the grease, slap J-Lube on top, then set the cheese machine to »Give it!« until you have a firm cream that pulls threads. And in no time (well, not quite, but after a few tries it’ll be snappy) you’ll not only have a super smooth, well adhering lube, but one that is skin friendly and cares at the same time – Ahhhh!

Be careful of rancid lubes! If the lubricant smells, i.e. already seems rancid, you should no longer use it. In this case, germs have already formed. Of course, the whole thing can turn into a disaster at the first attempt, which is why you should still have some usable lubricants in the house as a reserve. PS: If you apply this slobber in summer, the grease will be more fluid at room temperature than in winter. In this case, you need to add less plant oil and let the J-Lube cool down before combining it with the fat. If you live in a cooler environment, you can make the fat smoother by adding more vegetable oil, or you can mix it with warmer J-Lube so that the fat melts faster.

Recipe

  • 500 g biscine
  • 500 ml boiling water
  • 25 ml sunfloweroil
  • 2-3 tbsp. J-Lube powder
  • 10 drops etheric oil(esther or monoterpenes)
  • or 2 cm Bepanthen ointment

The professional recipe

The porn label Raging Stallion swears by its own mixture of J-Lube, silicone-based lubricant and Crisco, which is mixed in a blender.

Oil in water: lotion

If you’d rather have something thinner, experiment with the following basic recipe for a lotion: Get a hydrophilic, non-ionic cream from the pharmacy. This is a cream with a high water content. Put it in a whisk and add J-Lube little by little while whisking until you get a consistency that you like. It may well be a ratio of 50 to 50. This lotion is particularly suitable for punching (see chapter Special Techniques).

Low viscosity lube for fisting

And it goes even thinner– if you prefer. Prepare a base mix of J-Lube and add about 5 % silicone-based lubricant (e.g. Eros or Pjur). This mixture is guaranteed not to cause a lubricating film.

Practice makes perfect

To get the best adhesion and gliding properties for you, experiment with the different elements (grease, silicone, J-Lube) until you get the right mixture for you.
